    I thought it would be useful to give some definitions of at least what I mean by equality, diversity 而且 inclusion 而且 others will have different definitions.

    It's very clear to me that there's a strong community 而且 a strong affection for the institution. We have pockets of excellent practise in different parts of the University 而且 in individual Schools 而且 Professional Services directorates, 整个社区都非常支持, 据我所知, 对EDI的工作.
